Locomotive traction transformer gasket adopts leading silicon rubber with high tearing resistance, weather resistance and -50℃~+120℃ working temperature. Its service life is more than 15 years and   meet the requirement of million kilometers maintenance-free.

SHIRE adopts specialized large scale equipment, mold and tools by self-development to realize vulcanization forming without using of glue and guarantee the seaming strength from breaking.

SHIRE Locomotive traction transformer gasket has passed the test by SGS and met the fireproof requirement of EN 45545-2 HL2. Fire produced total amount of hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide is much lower than control value.
