In addition, the surface of the rubber plate can be customized with a non-smooth surface to increase the damping performance.

 

2. Excellent oil resistance, heat aging resistance

 

The damping rubber plate in the fuel tank is mainly made of nitrile rubber material. The nitrile group in the nitrile rubber has a very strong polarity and is a high-energy group. Therefore, the nitrile rubber has a very strong polarity and excellent oil resistance.

 

3. Excellent load-bearing characteristics

 

The inner and outer damping rubber plates of the fuel tank have sufficient vertical rigidity to withstand the vertical load of the core and the transformer, and can reliably transmit the pressure of the upper structure to the ground, which has high load reliability.

 

4. Excellent weather resistance

 

The outer damping rubber plate of the fuel tank is mainly made of neoprene rubber. The neoprene rubber has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, good weather resistance and good oil resistance.

 

5. Good electrical insulation

 

Nitrile rubber has a volume resistivity of 1010 Ω•cm, and neoprene has a volume resistivity higher than 1011 Ω•cm, which is widely used in the manufacture of electrical insulation products.

 

6. Leading molding process
