Nitrile rubber is a general-purpose rubber material with high rubber elasticity and a large damping coefficient, so nitrile rubber is widely used in the field of shock absorption.

 

2. Excellent oil resistance, heat aging resistance

 

Nitrile rubber is a rubber material obtained by polymerizing two monomers of butadiene and acrylonitrile. The nitrile group in the nitrile rubber is very polar and belongs to a high-energy group, so the nitrile rubber has a very strong polarity and excellent oil resistance;

 

From the molecular structure analysis of nitrile rubber, the long molecular chain of nitrile rubber contains double bonds, and the bond energy is low, which is vulnerable to attack and destruction by external factors, resulting in performance degradation and rapid loss of performance. We mainly improve the aging properties of heat-resistant oil from the following ways: 1 choose a good anti-aging agent, reduce the attack and damage of molecular bonds by heat, oxygen and heavy metals; 2 choose slower heat in hot oil, lower heat generation, A self-lubricating agent with low friction coefficient reduces the heat build-up of the material (ie, temperature rise); 3 selects a high-boiling plasticizer to prevent the plasticizer from being extracted in the hot oil, causing the compound to be fast hardening.

 

3. Good electrical insulation properties

 

The rubber material is a poor electrical conductor with a high electrical resistivity and a nitrile rubber volume resistivity of up to 1010 Ω•cm. Nitrile rubber is generally used as an oil-resistant insulation product.

 

4. Unique shock absorption design

 

Through process innovation, Hengrui uses a matte surface design to increase the surface roughness of the rubber surface. Compared with the traditional smooth surface rubber, it reduces the adsorption force of the rubber sheet on the transformer silicon steel sheet, which greatly facilitates the customer to move the rubber during the installation process.
