On the morning of January 15, 2019, Zhang Jianhua, secretary of rugao municipal committee of the communist party of China (CPC), together with MAO Hongyu, member of the standing committee of the CPC and head of the publicity department, visited Jiangsu Shire group co., LTD for inspection and guidance. President and general manager of Jiangsu Shire, Ma xiaobin, executive deputy general manager Zhuang Yu, deputy general manager of finance Zhu Jianjun reported work and accompanied the delegation.

Secretary Zhang Jianhua and his delegation first listened to General Manager Ma Xiaobin's report on the company's situation. General Ma introduced the company's development, technology research and development, product innovation, group planning, and construction progress of industrial parks in detail. The progress of the work was in line with expectations, and the results were gratifying. Especially with technological innovation, Shire's sales exceeded 70 million yuan in less than four years, which was highly recognized by Secretary Zhang.

In the course of listening carefully to the report, Secretary Zhang made a detailed inquiry about the transformer integral forming capsule pioneered by Shire in China, special polymer material for power equipment, series products of transformer shock absorption and noise reduction, and the first international intelligent oil storage tank, all of which received satisfactory answers.

Later, Mr. Zhang and his delegation visited Shire’s transformer integral forming capsule production line. General Manager Ma introduced the design concept, technical highlights of the transformer integral forming capsule and the first-class domestic research and development team of materials and technology behind it in detail, which was unanimously appreciated by all the leaders.

At the end of the inspection, Secretary Zhang held General Manager Ma's hand and encouraged him by saying that his brother's business was "magic horse", and his business was "magic speed", hoping that Shire would maintain a good momentum of development.
